Terms and conditions

Internet sales are regulated by Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, no. 185, aimed at safeguarding consumers in the field of mail order sales. For anything not specified, purchases in this e-commerce store are subject to the aforementioned law.

1. Quality Guarantee

All our products are of first quality, guaranteed Murano glass. Small variations in shape, size, color, small imperfections or tiny air bubbles in the glass are inevitable and are typical of handmade glass processing.

2. Sales Prices

The price is to be understood in EURO and is for retail sale and includes VAT. This price is intended for direct customers and not for traders or resellers.

3. Taxes and Duties

All shipments to EU countries are exempt from duties. All other countries are subject to duties that vary depending on the country and the type of item imported and are impossible for us to determine. We suggest contacting your country's customs office to find out the cost. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment

On the Paola Rizzo company website, it is possible to pay for products using Paypal through the secure server managed by Paypal or credit cards. Order data is transmitted encrypted according to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system directly to PayPal servers, which guarantee the security of data transmission according to current regulations. Payments can be made by advance bank transfer, of which a copy of the payment must be sent by email to info@paolarizzo.it, specifying the date and order number. We will not process the order until payment has been received, verified, and collected through the banking system.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on the website http://shop.paolarizzo.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending an email to info@paolarizzo.it within the aforementioned period. The Customer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for items made to measure or clearly personalized. Within the aforementioned period of 10 days, all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier, intact and in their

original packaging, without any missing parts. Return shipping costs and any duties will be borne by the Customer and the goods will travel under the customer's responsibility. The company Paola Rizzo, upon receipt of the return at our premises, will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer, excluding shipping costs and any duties. If the aforementioned amount was paid by credit card, the company Paola Rizzo will

credit the same amount, through the issuing institution, to the Customer's card; otherwise, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to receive the transfer (ABI code, CAB, account number of the invoice holder, reference bank).

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and are calculated separately based on weight, volume, and destination. The cost of shipping is displayed during the ordering process in the shopping cart at checkout, that is, after you have entered your personal data with the shipping address.

8. Shipper

Goods are shipped exclusively with our courier XXXX, who can guarantee you the highest quality in shipping service. Goods are shipped by standard service in EEC countries and by expedited service in other countries. Delivery takes place in 2 working days in Italy and in 4 working days in Europe. 10. Possible Breakages

Goods are well packed and we have long experience in shipping worldwide. Cases of breakage are rare but, given the fragile nature of the product, this can always happen. If you receive a broken item, please send us a photo of the broken item next to its packaging box on the same day the goods arrive. We are able to recognize breakages that may occur during shipping and we will replace any breakage caused by it (shipping costs are at our expense). Claims are accepted within and no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods.
